Awwwww.... I feel so bad for the son. Poor boy! Having a teenage son and a teenage daughter, I know they would not appreciate having to share wardrobe space in one of their rooms. But I guess given the circumstances, it was the best option. But the beautiful flowing open space did get affected.

I like how Nihara just turns around to face the camera and just grins whilst Swapnil looks at the camera awkwardly. So adorable.

Great! You'll came out with a good layout. Planning efficiently a spacious space is equally challenging as planning a very a house with small area. Fitting an extra room for the son and attaining the perfect layout for kitchen was surely a job but you nailed it ..all the best for the project... waiting for the next video.

The two things I liked the best in this episode were the design of the son's bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen's design specially showed the iterative nature of coming up with the final design 👍

Absolutely a fantastic video 📸. Wonder how can there be only 1000 likes??

I am no expert but I feel the first plan for the kitchen where cooking was near the window is more practical. Reasons: 1) Cooking with a view is always a good feeling 2) Indian cooking predominantly has masalas and smoke, hence having the hob near the sons bedroom will cause the smoke and smell to go there. 3) Kitchen is the most used space in the house and practically every member is there in it and at times many of them at the same time. The C shape kitchen will crowd they space which can get very irritating for the person cooking.

I am excited to see how the pull out bed of D- Bedroom comes out to be & also keen to see Son Bedroom with wall mount bed & sliding partition. I m also getting possession of my flat in July 2022. So taking ideas from all such video. Looking forward to see how whole thing comes out to be.

Maam, at 41:05 KITCHEN OP is also a good option. In this option, If you shift wash towards Tall Unit, you can retain secondary Entry( may be helpful some time). And fridge location might be changed such a way that RUN from kitchen's entry to fridge is minimized.

Maam, If possible show the exterior areas from WC's where all AC units are placed. Just to get knowledge, how such areas can be created in plan and utilized.

I love watching videos of the space planning stages. In your plans, there are perforated lines (which are not walls or furniture), what do these represent? Thanks so much for sharing! There arent many channels that discuss interiors in the Indian context - your videos are very helpful :)
