Episode One (Berlin - Amsterdam) | Berlin to Lisbon by bike
My trip started in Berlin. I packed everything in boxes that would get sent, later on. I prepared my bags, my bike, and left on May 22nd. I started biking with my friend Florian, and after two days my solo journey started.
This was my first experience alone. Thanks to Germany I started testing all my gear in very rainy conditions. The situation improved once I entered the Netherlands, which I visited because of friends who live in Amsterdam and Rotterdam,
I passed by Dessau, Wernigerode, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Goslar, Northeim, Detmold, Bielefeld, Münster, Ahaus, Enschede, Apeldoorn, Voorthuizen, Nijkerk, Amsterdam.

Hey Alice, I'll be very interested in following our journey! I'm leaving for a shorter tour but with a very similar motivation very soon: I'll bike from Leipzig to Vienna to start my PhD there. I also want to experience the whole scenery and feel the change in my life physically.

my route was a bit improvised, but i tried following the base of eurovelo route between the two cities
