Love the ant tip for removing the remanent of the animal. We used to do this long ago when I lived in Hawaii. Glad to see others still do this!

Awesome finds today and I love seeing the live shells! And I actually enjoy hearing the wind (within reason of course...Lol!) because it just wouldn't be the beach with no wind. When I watch any beach video I can almost feel the wind on my face, arms, and legs and smell the brine-e sea. That's one of the things that I love about the beach! 🏖🌬🐚🐬🐟🐙🌴🌴🦀🏝 I am land-locked here in Wisconsin but have oh-so-many fond memories of vacations at SWF beaches. We have lakes and there are shells but it's never exactly like Florida but watching you brings those memories flooding back (sigh). Lord willing one day soon I'll get to come for a visit and breathe in the beach once again. ❤

Oh my the tulip was so beautiful and amazing to see it moving on your hand. Just WOW. Seeing the egg casings is always so amazing to see. Nature is just so amazing. I love to watch the videos because I dont live near an ocean. I would love to live near one so I could learn more and help the animals still living in the shells. Just makes me happy and relaxs me. The wind is just part of the day. Thank you very much for a great video. Have a great day.

Hi Laura! Dickmans is so fun. Can't wait to get back there. I remember watching this before because it was the first time I saw a tulip alive. So awesome! Hopefully I will be back down in Sept. Working on getting a condo at Marco for a change and it's closer to the boat tours which I plan on taking a lot of. I have to go to Kice. Need a fix really bad. Maybe this time I will get a chance to shell with you. Have a great week. XOXO!!!

Love your videos. If you could just dial back repetive explaining on same video and just do beach time or you shelling without comment. Sometimes we just want to look without chatter.

Hi Lisa! Many of the viewers are brand new and this is the first video they're watching. I have specifically done videos of just back background or just music. But these educational virtual shelling episodes definitely require some explanation as many viewers have never seen this kinds of treasures and seas life before. Thanks for watching! Happy Shellidays!

@@virtualshelling I have a banded tulip but no true tulip shells. This was the first time to see any tulip alive. I'm so glad you took time to peek in that crab trap !. Wish it could tell us how Long it had been bopping about in there. Thanks for setting it and the top free. ..And explaining it to us. The sea holds many stories !.I saw a drawing of a welk egg casing strand like that in my shell guide as a kid.The Tulip casings are fun, too !.
