Love this podcast. I was so excited when I saw them come on. I usually don’t like the guests, but these were awesome. Probably because i love rodeo. Steve let them talk though 🤣

Great podcast. It's nice when you guys have guests over. I hope we don't lose this sport. We've lost so many, our culture is at risk. See next weekend in Des moines, so excited because we missed Kansas City to a family event. I've been hoping for you to come to Iowa 😊😊🤩

I spent many hours at the Frost Ranch in the early 80's when my dad used to custom cut grain for Jim and Joe, and Ron Dudley and Gil Burkman and others around Randlett, Ut. I went to school with both of Josh's parents, with Shane all the way from W. Russell Todd Elementary to Union High School, and with Lisa in high school. I remember keeping tabs on Lane through high school, but never really got the feel that Shane was that into rodeo at the time. My read was that he was more into wrestling. If I remember correctly, he took state once or twice. I still remember the day he and Craig Phillips got me out of class in Junior High because they needed a body to fill the 65 pound weight for the match that day after school. I had never wrestled before, but it didn't matter because the other team didn't have anyone in that weight so I got a win and the team got points. (Shane and Craig knew that) Shane was always very friendly and had a way of making even a misfit like me feel welcome. I can't say that I ever knew of anyone who didn't like Shane. Cousin Monty could grind your gears occasionally though...but the whole family is a good bunch of people. I used to stop in at IFA in Roosevelt from time to time and catch up talking with Lucille. What a grand lady.

When I asked my wife to marry me I couldn't take 5 minutes to plan anything because she was acting like a FBI agent. I couldn't even go down the road to the store without her having to know exactly where I was. Lol so I just gave up trying to plan a proposal and just gave her the ring because we already talked about
