Episode #4 - Lee Butler - Battling drink and drug ADDICTION as your OPPONENT

The intention behind the 3% Podcast is always to help others through sharing information and inspirational stories of REAL people who have achieved amazing things.
I’ve been a friend of Lee Butler for the best part of 20 years and how he’s managed to completely turn his own life around overcoming his addiction to drugs and battling through some really dark times is a true testament to his inner strength and character.
What makes Lee’s story even more special is that with the support of his partner Marc Nicholas and team at Break Free 131 they’ve created a programme which based on a combination of creating a safe space/community for people to come together, there own past experience’s and studying the science behind addiction and how the mind actually works is literally saving lives every week.
If you or someone you care for are struggling with addiction please watch/share this episode and don’t hesitate to contact @breakfree131 to learn more about the support they have to offer 🙏🏻.

Some powerful messages here Lee - big respect to you. The place we used to go to on Friday nights in Southport ['86] was Mad Hatters. Honorable mention to the Lido in Formby too! Stay safe, strong and well mate.
