Looks like she has 4. But do note that when you have two threads and you fold them onto your needle, it is considered 4. So she has 2 threads, folded on the needle to make 4. This gives more coverage for larger cross stitch projects like she does in her videos. Smaller projects usually call for 1 to 2. Large can be 4-6.
