And adding, Love to see Arnie's passion for the industry. Nothing compares to mixing that bliss out on the water with riding your own design.

So cool! I have a shipwright back about 3 generations on Dad's side. My uncle made canoes and yachts. I had an obsession with boats and designing RC jetboats that lasted for years till I designed what I think of as the ultimate jetboat. Wind surfing, Kiteboarding, surfski and wingsurfing. All of us near water, so lucky! I can see Armstrong are ahead of the game with some of their newer foils, they are updating to some poorly known concepts only introduced a couple of years ago and I suspect their association with NZ America's cup has fixed their design concepts compared to some other designers who seem to be missing foil displacement of water as a huge part of drag. They most likely have figured out some stuff I haven't, I've only been designing a few years but I'm seeing a lot of similaraties in their designs to what I've worked out for myself. I'm a little envious of Armie's head start time, though having started on design later it's also nice to be able to dump my own preconceptions before I got them too ingrained.
