I have a question what happens if parents do apologize to you but keep on making the same mistakes. Then why apologize for something you dont mean it

That can be difficult. But at least they are acknowledging that they know they are doing something wrong. It gives you a chance to ask them if they are ready to make changes so they don’t have to keep apologizing over and over again. They may truly feel bad about what they are doing but not know how, or be willing, to make the necessary changes. At least it gives you an opportunity to talk with them about it every time they say they are sorry. I hope you experience a breakthrough!
