Everytime I watch one of your videos I'm so confused on why you guys don't have 1 million followers already! I mean everything from the actually design work of the houses and just the entire build process, to the effort you seem to put into the video part of it, is just so professional and amazingly done. It always seems to me like I'm watching an actual tv-show. I really hope more people will find this channel too cause it's just the best!

Must say I did think holy crud Bonnie has really lost the plot/ gone too far (in a nice way) but that bathroom works perfectly, really like the window coverings too - great way for privacy and the shutters too. Stealing those window coverings. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Ruby. It was a bold choice we made and I understand if it's not your cup of tea. It was hard to get the feel for the high ceilings in the video but they made a big difference to how the room feels when in it. That ceiling will keep the bathroom beautifully cool. In old Indian houses many rooms have this high ceiling in one corner which the heat rises to helping rooms stay cool

Really lovely. The guest room's palette of teal, white, and natural textures looks incredibly tranquil. I would have had a hard time saying goodbye to a window, but it was definitely the right choice for the space and allowed the dramatic wall color to shine :)

Beata Zakrzewska they probably use a staging company. That’s what lots of people who renovate and flip houses professionally do. You can rent the stuff to stage the house until it’s sold 😊

Hi Beata - thanks so much for your question - we don't sell our houses furnished so we usually keep some items, give them back from where we borrowed them or store them for later to use again in another home. On this occasion we didn't sell this home - it was a client's home and we knew they were having a baby !! Lana x

I thought she said “Shitland” and then realised it was “Shetland”... I hope. I’m from England so sometimes the way we use different words surprises me. We just say “wet room” instead of “wet space” etc. I’m always like “REALLY Bonnie?!” Whenever chooses anything bold, but normally admit it looks incredible when it comes together. But not feeling how busy the bathroom is in this build tbh. But I love these “three birds”, you always put a smile on my face lol.

Hi Eddie. We looooove putting things off centre. We centred the pendant light over the bed but wanted some variation with the wall art. Just wait til you see how we hung the chandelier above the dining table in Episode 4!

I really enjoyed the infusion of green in this design; clearly, this trio isn't a one trick pony! The bathroom tile design reminds me of a Missoni print... It's a bit overpowering for my taste, but I think the design would have made a statement on the floor or as a feature wall.

Would be great to see a pricing breakdown for these renovations to see what the properties are bought for, how much money is put in to renovate and how much they are then sold for or valued at.

You put your main bathroom in the kitchen? I‘m not convinced.

So every time I have a shower I have to clean the bath because it will end up with splashes of water so I don't think you thought of that part at all. I like things that will make my life easygoing
