Loving your podcast. I don’t think you need to change the length of your videos. Sometimes people pause and watch the rest later. Thanks for sharing.

Great podcast again. Long or short, your videos are so interesting...it is really up to you. I hear from other podcasters how much work it entails to produce videos, plus listing everything in the notes, we are just lucky that you take the time. I loved seeing all of your progress on your different crafts. It is funny how we react when we hit a snag in one of our projects, I am the same. I was sewing a shirt for myself and at 3/4 done, I made a mistake and now it just sits there... ❤

Ok, I posted my comment before watching the second half of the video. I love that you include other crafts besides knitting. I've sewn forever and did needlepoint like crazy years ago. Now I've got the urge again with the needlepoint. ;) As far as length, I tend to prefer just what you've done here. An hour seems just right. :)

Hello! I prefer the videos to be a bot shorter, just because I can watch a shorter one all in one sitting and the longer ones I have to divide into different watch sessions, lol. But either way, I'll watch what I enjoy and I enjoy you!

Hello Kristy, KZread randomly took me to your site today so I decided to watch you while I finish up a sweater I'm working on. Your 'By the Bay' caption attracted me as I live in the SF Bay Area in N. Calif, but when I heard you talk I immediately recognized the Canadian twang so I knew your bay is far away from mine! Thought your family so cute and you seem so wholesome so I subscribed. Loved your cabled deep winter coat wip, lovely sweater! I went back and watched your episode 1 so I could learn where you are from and your name and saw your other doggie. Your gray dog looks like part border collie, is that right? And of course I saw your B/W border collie in the 1st episode. I have 2 border collies, male brothers from different litters that have same mom and dad. They are like my kids! I am finishing up a sweater for my daughter in law called Vanessa by Swans Island pattern. It is done in Juniper Moon Farm Moonshine colorway Lagoon. Wonderful soft yarn! My next adventure in knitting is Zwieg by Caitlin Hunter, It will be done in a medium gray yak/silk/woolen yarn held double with a lace weight for a dk weight final knit. Pink to dark rasberry yarns for the yoke lace section. This will be fun as I haven't done much with lace style effects and the yoke has lace in the oattern. Looking forward to a bit of challenge! Your sewing projects are great and I like seeing them. I'm a life time sewer.... went to FIDM in late 70s and I design + sew with a targeted interest in tailoring. Love to sew tailored wool jackets. I like the precision of them and the crisp finished look. I think your skirt with the orange owls is really super cute, why don't you knit a gray v neck sweater to wear with it as you would look great in gray. Hope you get your buttonhole foot done for the skirt you are going to sew. Our tools need to work so we can be free from frustration! I have a fabric stash that is quite extensive from worldwide travel in my former -pre-retired job. I figured the good fabric stores were evaporating so I better buy the stuff I like for when I finally had time to sew- (work just got a little bit in the way) I am really glad I did that because now there is just basically Joanns with sub-standard fabric nearby and if you want something special it's quite a drive in traffic. The only thing I wouldn't do is read or be involved in anything of the occult and witchcraft is out for me. Its just a personal choice after experiencing some very scary events in my life. But I loved everything else in your vlog!!! Look forward to your next episode! Carrie from N. CA San Francisco Bay Area 😘❤🐑🐾🌹🍵🧵🪡🧶

Thanks so much for watching! Our dogs are both Australian Shepherds but we think the grey one is maybe mixed with Corgi because she has very short legs 🤣

I enjoy putting the PDF patterns together, but a lot of people don't. It can be a little confusing the first few times because some designers use better formats than others. You can send it out to be printed on large sheets instead of putting the small sheets together. It costs a bit, but when you take the cost of home printer ink and paper into consideration, and the amount of time it takes to put the PDF together, it really isn't too expensive. The printed sheets come pretty quickly too, or you can pick them up if you are close to the place that prints it for you.

I just tried a pdf pattern and really enjoyed putting it together too! It's given me confidence to try some more. Thanks so much for watching! 🤗💕
