S6 is needed for education requirements, but since he has work experience, he can try using work experience probably they can use s4 and added work experience.

Yes, you no longer need to submit yr documents by email. You just have to carry them to the interview at the consulate.

If am selected do we have to submit my passport and for my kids or am supposed to take them to consulate

1 nl means the first notification or massage that you have been selected 2nd nl means second notification or appointment letter
