I love "good" azula because you can tell she has the attitude, tendencies and intellect of the original one, but is more compassionate and has a better ethical code overall

@@tanner201x8 well ozai is good in this reality, care about both zuko and azula, but hes like the kind of guy, the end justify the methods, so as he saw the avatar, he tries to used him as a weapon to finish the war, but then he found that wasnt a good idea and an option.

Azula just the victom of her mother suspicious..... Moral lesson: don't judge your family absolutely....

In this universe, Azula is still a good liar because she spent most of her time practicing theater with her mom before she died. So, at least in this universe, her mother actually loved both her kids equally.

I love seeing good Azula bring so Calculative, deceptive and intelligent and yet kind and caring

Finally 3rd one, the previous 2 episodes have been fun

Okay, so. Words fail me. I honestly feel like two years isn’t that long for this masterpiece of editing and production. First, the ‘previously on’ section is so well done, it echoes so well the original show and the clips are pulled together in a way that’s so good at orienting the viewer as to what happened last time. Also that chapter title fade in and word crawl-wow, this is just so clever, it really makes these in between summaries feel dynamic. I also don’t need to say how good the voice acting is, not only do their voices sound like the characters but I love the subtle tonal inflections in each line. All the while the music is so incredible, building the drama and fitting the tone of each moment. Then there’s the timing of the sound effects and editing and animation on each panel, from shakes to zoom-ins to slow pans. I might have said it already, but there’s truly an artistry to this production that’s just incredible, and almost makes it feel closer to real animation than comic. Thank you so much for sharing this, and for all the work you’ve all put in. I’ll be on the lookout for more!!

Honestly, it's the best fan project I've seen from Avatar- given, I haven't seen a lot, but still. I love how is fans can really expand the world of the original work of the franchises we love. Either that or is just that Azula is so good at lying that she can fool even her own family. Which would not be strange since Toph, who can perceive if anyone lies, recognizes that even she can't tell if Azula is lying or saying the truth.

Good Azula is awesome. Hope she still keeps that ruthless nature the original Azula has but as an ally to Aang instead of an enemy. Zuko more or less was nof exactly bad but misguided. Great story.

​@@Yeibaldreamss ok so some spoilers: Aang is still in love with Katara from his original world. Katara rejected Aang's confession on the grounds that Aang needed to let her go and focus on the war. When coming to the Distorted Reality world, Aang still has feelings for Katara. This makes meeting the new Katara, a bloodbending prodigy who looks at him like dirt as she tries to kill him, a bit of a traumatic experience. Over time, Aang's feelings shift as Azula goes to incredible, self sacrificing lengths out of extreme loyalty for him and he begins to reciprocate her love. This fic singlehandedly sold me on the Azula/Aang pairing tbh. A baffling concept that I ended up liking waaaaaay more than Karara/Aang
