Just wanted to mention Varaha avatar of lord Vishnu is to kill Hiranyaksha. Narakasura is killed by Satyabhama Lord Krishna’s 2nd wife as Narakasura can only be killed by his mother(earth). Bhudevi is born as Satyabhama to kill Narakasura a day before Diwali and we celebrate next day as Diwali which also coincided with return of Lord Rama to Ayodha in Treta yuga.
