Don't follow football but now I do because of Taylor. She's always been a great performer live. She sings everything except for crowd chanting words. She does not use prompters. Not ever. She has amazing memory. She's not a natural dancer so she works very hard at it and we get to enjoy the result. I'll be manifesting you meeting her in London. Thank you, ladies. And Happy New Year!!!

Love you guys and listen every week. In the Time's article, they stated that Taylor prepared for the 3-hour concert by running on the treadmill several times a week while singing every song. (She ran fast for the fast songs, and slowed down for the slower ones.) Result: she built up the diaphragm muscles needed to sing while dancing.

Taylor has said she has had to run on the treadmill while singing every song.f Fast when the songs are fast and slow when the songs are or when at the piano. She said she wants it to be so rote that muscle memory kicks in. She has said also in an interview she started with this run workout months in advance. She also has rarely forgotten the words and is so loveable when she does. Very self effacing. Her back up singers are amazing at giving her a break during the show.

Did you know how she trained for the tour? She told the wsj reporter that for the last six months before the tour every single day, she would run on the treadmill and sing all 44 songs. She would run or walk or jog. Whatever the rhythm was, for the beat of the song she was singing, every single lyric, and every single word. She did that every day every day. Then three days a week she took intense choreography dance classes along with weightlifting because of how much she has to move and the endurance that she has to have to do a 3 1/2 hour concert and sing 44 songs each night. She sings them live, every single one. She is never mimicking or lip syncing, and they never turn her off. She is very strong. And that’s one of the reasons that I love her is because of how dedicated and professional she is she feels like she hasn’t toured for five years and her fans deserve her very best. You wait till you see it live and then you will understand.

Love your podcast and knowledge of sports, and you are freaking funny and real. Love when Greg Olsen chimes in. He seems grounded and so funny. Thanks for the support of TS. I was appalled that even the New York Times decided to cash in on her fame by trying to persuade readers that she alludes to being bi in her music and dress. What? She wore rainbow colors during what she calls her Lover Era, simply for fun nothing else. She supports the rights of others and has many lgbtq colleagues in show biz and simply hopes to support them as human beings, that is all. I have info from videographers, producers, collaborators etc. and across the board she is beloved as easy going and having integrity in her work much less her genius. New low for the Times; read it and it’s biased suedo intellectual crap put out for readership and to cash in at her expense. I am not a crazy fan but like her and a lot of her music and the hate and greed is so painful to see.

Glad to have found you. New Swifty here but I'll have to tell you I couldn't stand her until just recently because of the one and only video I'd seen of hers...Blank Space. Dark. At the time, my daughter was about 11 or 12 and I didn't want her watching this kind of violence... not knowing that this was a spoof on the rumors circulating about her and her love life, and that her other videos weren't like this. I feel like I've been ROBBED! Just kidding but really, all of those years I could've been rocking to TS and I wasn't. Oh well, I love her now, love the ERA'S concert movie, can't get her songs out of my head and totally crushing on Travis Kelce. Whoa. Also very proud of her standing up for MY political views. WTG Tay-Tay!

I've watched a ton of you tube videos of Taylor. There's a great series that was filmed at the Grammys Museum where Taylor is speaking to music professionals about how she creates and produces her music. One is about Blank Space where she explains the origin of that song. This series so clearly shows her brilliance. There's a ton of others if you want any suggestions, let me know and I'll make you a list. My top two are her commencement speech at the 2022 NYU graduation where she was awarded an honorary PHD in Fine Arts. Fantastic speech. She also gave a speech inducting Carole King into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and gave a beautiful rendition of Will You Love Me Tomorrow. 😘

Charissa, the segment about electrical appliances/devices/lights fear when leaving is me. I have a laminated checklist. Several years ago, I remember going out on a date with my special woman and being gone for awhile. Then, I freaked out because I left a light on at home. I'm a little nervous like that. The reasonable one, since we live in a peaceful area: "It's a light. Take a breath. You're fine." As simple as that interaction was, that's one of the times I knew she was it.

I love Taylor, she is my favorite singer and musician of all time and the best entertainer and storyteller ever ❤️ I love Taylor and Travis together ❤️❤ Thanks, ladies! Taylor doesn't use a teleprompter, if she messes up a song she starts over with her audience. That is why Taylor runs on a treadmill to work up her diaphragm while singing, so she can interact with her audience while singing. Don't do that to Taylor, she needs her fingers to play guitar and piano. Mousetraps? Keep your money.

If Carissa Really wants to be more open-minded, she could choose to have an adult conversation with the yoga instructor about needing to leave early, put her mat closest to the door and slip out quietly.... because it DOES interrupt your peace and calm at the end. She has No idea what anyone else's day has been like, and maybe they Really needed that last moment of peace themselves. Namaste.

28:45 is a good piece of advice. like maybe that some people have medical or mental conditions that make it very difficult to fly… or get to the store… and sometimes the only reason we can is because we’re in something very comfortable/comforting. like maybe pajamas? i understand not wanting to sit by someone who smells, but judging someone for their pajamas and then turning right around and bitching about the guy who told Erin to smile or the yoga instructor because you did something your own way… you’re kinda doing the same thing, Charissa. don’t get me wrong, i love you both to bits, but there’s a bit of hypocrisy in this episode that needs to maybe be thought about 💜
