I’m glad Belmo is doing the behind the scenes vlog, he’s the GOAT 🐐. If I could turn back the hands of time 35 years I’d bowl 2 handed. I do good the regular way I carry a 217 average in league. I just think 2 handed would have been better for me…lol belmo got 5 guys that’s awesome.

Mr. Belmonte is a real pro. I have been watching the PBA since 1979 and really like the "behind the scenes" videos like this. I love bowling in league, got a 288/738 last night, but being a pro is such a grind with all the games. I have a ticket stub from when I went to qualifying at the ToC - in 1985.

Dude @13:25 I feel that. I know I’m just an amateur but I get stuck in the same thing at tournaments. My A game is standing left and throwing it out right and for some reason I always get into trying to soft hand it or powering through with speed instead of just moving left into that comfort zone. Either way great video and congrats on getting into the cut!

A very honest and interesting behind the scenes, it is just so hard when you seem to be doing everything you need to do but the results just are not there. Jason has a lot of detractors as I guess all professional sports people do, but few people would be willing to show how vulnerable they are. Hat's off Sir

I've been in a slump for months. The bit about ups and downs hit home. I'm not really having fun because I'm not bowling well and not bowling well because I'm not having fun. It's quite the catch 22. Threw a my second sanctioned 300 and was like, "yes exactly what I needed to get confidence back." Proceeded to throw the worst set in 3 years my next set.🤦 The challenge of the sport is what hooked me. Now it's the same frustration that has me wanting to give it two weeks and quit. This video made me realize I need to change my mind set before I givr up something I love. Thank you for doing these blogs! Awesome to get perspective from the best to ever do it.

Well even the very best one can have a bad day.. makes me feel a lot better about myself.. started league on sunday with a 157 and was ready to drive home.. but then something clicked and i improved: 179, 194, 234, 235 and finaly 204 to end the day.. Made my 200 average.. Sometimes its just not going the way you want it to.. Just keep hanging in there and you will get there eventually.. thats what i keep telling myself.. Youre a great inspiration btw belmo. Keep on being awesome. ;)

Appreciate the videos Belmo. Fantastic to see the struggles, thoughts, and ideas from one of the best ever. I would also reccomend that you're cameraman may want to get with maybe Jessie (Dtang camman), or maybe Dennis from B&K to dial in your settings to fix the camera quality. It looks very overexposed and the white balance is way too high.
