Episode 172 - Testimony of a Restored Marriage - Rhonda and Mike
Rhonda’s world came crashing down when she found out about her husband’s affair. Months before this revelation, a friend had told her about Rejoice Marriage Ministries and the Charlyne Cares devotionals.
Rhonda started praying and began seeing the Bible come alive to her in a new way. She started hearing from God and interceding for her husband’s life to be transformed. She began to see that transformation when her husband would contact her and say things like, “Don’t give up on me.”
In this episode, you will be reminded how faithful God is even when we are walking through a wilderness.

Is there any way to call in to this podcast? I'd like to discuss my situation and ask for a prayer. I love my wife with all my heart, I have been neglectful and selfish most of our relationship, and now it's on the verge of ending. We have been together for 8 years total and I would love to be able to say that we're celebrating 55 or 60 years. We have one child to together and I was hoping for more, i dont want a borken family. I know there's a tiny bit of her that still loves me but I can't blame her for feeling the way she does.

Your sanctification will move mountains. The Holy Spirit will help you and transform you in Jesus’s name. As the head of a Godly marriage, you have the head start in redirecting everyone’s path in your house!! If you’re still living at home with her, you are truly blessed, even if she doesn’t “love” you. Cheer up and read God’s word. Unfortunately being lukewarm will not help, nor transform your marriage. Not because God is trying to punish you, or because he’s not merciful- but because you would not be good to wife and child again if you’re lukewarm. You would be the same and never restore things. So Give Christ a chance. A REAL chance and watch Him take care of her heart. I divorced my husband because of all he did to me. I did everything wrong, today I can say The Lord has watched over my children and I in immense ways. My husband now has a whole new family, but I’m thankful for all I’ve learned, after all. Today, as a hospital worker, I see how fleeting life is, patients so sick or mentally confused that they cannot even remember the grudges and wrongs committed in marriage. But who’s there til the end matters. Many ex spouses are the only relative present, yet you still have her, be that person to your wife!

@@priscillavelazquezs Just because a spouse is with someone else doesn't mean it's over. I've seen several restoration testimonies of spouses returning to their covenant marriage. I'm believing in the restoration of my marriage. And I will have it in Jesus name. It's not over until God says it is over. Amen! God bless you. Have a blessed day.
