Ladies and gentlemen, this is quintessential Donald Howell, always cool, calm and collected, communicating with EMRC just as he taught us back in the day. This brings back fond memories “EMRC, EMRC, this is Howard Medic 25, do you copy” of my time with ECVFD/HCFD circa 1974-1980 before graduating PA school. I was privileged to be trained by Donald (EMT, CRT) and ride the medic unit with him. Donald has laid the foundation for our future for so many of us in the fire service and beyond.
