I enjoyed the conversation, and OCB is something that I am highlighting in my research. I can't wait to finish and share insights with the HR and business community. I enjoy this podcast because I can relate to the content.

Such an awesome conversation. Work exposure is so important not only for the company but for the learners themselves. Too often learners come in with very little knowledge of what they want from their careers. But gaining that exposure will allow them to either make different decisions about their careers or to change their mindsets beforehand

Thank you for an insightful conversation. I use to be in HR but left because of the little impact that HR has in my organisation and I felt it was not embodying what I believe HR should be like. This conversation has sparked a little light of going back to my first love❤🙏🏾
