Let them just be themselves. What if they are not comfortable speaking only in Nepali. It will hamper their flow of thoughts. He is an economist not a phd in literature. The knowledge he imparts is important. And why don't you take some trouble and translate it for your parents.
I attended his short course on the Asian Economy while I did my Masters at the MICD in Nepal. Learnt a lot. Highly intellectually person and a fine economist.
Loved listening to him during MBA classes and now as well. One of the finest economist in Nepal right now!

@@sumanashakya5016 ji. Enrolling for KUMAT classes or studying the KUMAT by oneself is what majority of my classmates have done. However, i did prepare myself through GMAT. Once you pass or get selected from the KUMAT, you will be interviewed and then the final shortlist of candidates are announced. Peace.

Good luck retaining skilled manpowers and stop brain drain. More and more healthcare workers are leaving Nepal as they are not even provided basic salary.
