Amazing talk Jared. Thank you for what you’re doing. I’ve done myself a few live talk “shows” with lot of clinicians! Keep up the good work and hope to talk to you live someday! 💪🏻

Very insightful discussion! Loved the way you led the conversation, and Jeremy’s humility ... with all his years of research and teaching sharing his doubts with us was very reassuring and comforting. Kudos!

Great talk thanks. Just interested in the MRI aspect. Yes great for showing change but how do we know hen that change happened? Could the capsular change been present for years prior to issue?

Hi Nick. It is certainly not easy estimate when changes may have occurred and yes any change seen would purely be descriptive and perhaps coincidental. Might just be helpful to confirm a diagnosis if you're not sure (or even rule out others).

Why are there no comparitive studies of wait and watch vs all these interventions? Why is it that hard after 100s of years of frozen shoulder?

Could you provide the study and perhaps possible access to, about strength necessary to stretch the capsule please? I couldn’t get it from the interview exactly. Thank you in advance. HK

Hi according to jeremy the capsule cannot be stretched because it requires hghi force which is not possible by humans
