I think it’s SO important to listen/watch 2 grown men talk about their mental health!! Especially 2 fathers of boys who will grow up with that safety!! Keep doing what you’re doing! Your voice is so important!

Nick, I wasn't really aware of you until I saw you and Tim becoming friends and just want to say that you have become a real positive addition to the community. Your chemistry with Tim and you both being different yet equally having personality's that bounce off one another is superb. Hugely entertaining. But you being open to talk like this is a big attribute to your character. We all love Tim & Jenn and for the most part we too block out negativity. However, You'll soon see all the good here and ignore the bad. These people are just not worth it. Starting this podcast has been a great idea and I hope it continues to flourish and develop. Hope you have a much better week. You've the best mentor in Tim 🙏🏻

I love the convo at the top of the show. Having watched Tim for years, and hes not one to open up about the hard things (that’s totally fine) even if Jenn is a little bit in the moments. I mention this bc Tim is so engaged in what Nick is saying. He’s listening intently and I can tell he’s supporting Nick without saying much and allowing Nick the space to talk about it. It was cool to see! Thank you to both of you. I have today off and starting it with your podcast. I love that they’re getting longer!

Very observant comment - and I agree with it. It is nice to see how different people in our lives bring out different aspects of us or reach us in "invisible" ways. We all have different coping mechanisms and this comment has highlighted a great view of how opposites can still be there for each other.

I hate when people go out of their way to make someone feel bad. I was always told growing up, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing” more people should go by this. Sending love to all that need ❤

THANK YOU for this! I’m a mental health clinician and a writer, and this week I received a nasty comment on my blog - for the FIRST time in 8 years of blogging. I was so taken aback that the hateful words lived rent-free in my head for days (and I almost sent the guy a nasty response.) Then I realized that a person who knows nothing about me but has such a compulsion to take time to spread anger says a lot about what a sad life he has. I pity him and anyone who sends you negative comments too. Thank you guys for highlighting how wrong this online behavior is, and for normalizing men talking about mental health! Sending love and good vibes 💚

I hate how, behind a keyboard, people don’t think of others as human beings. It really is a reflection of them, not you though. It’s just like the fact that two different people can go to see the same exact movie & based on their own state of mind, life experiences and perception, one can hate it and the other person can love it. It broke my heart when I would search Tim Tracker to find the latest video and all these horrible anti-Tracker videos would pop up from these sad jealous people. But it also made me so proud of you guys for your ability to persevere. I think that you are amazing, Tim, and I’m sure you’ll help Nick navigate through this. It’s funny, you guys are soooo different and have had such different life experiences, but at the same time you are both so similar in that you are such GOOD human beings, parents, and spouses and you both have similar values and principles. So I see why you are friends. It’s funny though, how Nick can’t imagine those of us who don’t give a flying F about the Super Bowl, because that’s so prevalent in my circle of friends who are more into non-team sports like mountain biking, whitewater kayaking or whitewater SUPing, snowboarding, etc etc. If we have or go to a superbowl party, it’s just to see friends. I actually liked football a lot in college, but now I could care less about it, so I totally can relate with Tim more but I think that you are GREAT too Nick! Focus on the positive, good comments that outweigh the negative. ❤

people need to remember if they don't like something , they don't have to watch/listen. there are endless choices in this day and age of content to spend your time and energy on. if something bothers you, choose something else. you don't have to take the time and energy to type "i don't like this person, they annoy me". just go. if everyone feels that way and a channel loses all their views, they'll know. you really don't have to say it.

I have mixed feelings about this situation with the internet trolls. I don’t want you guys to give them ANY of your energy! They are energy vampires. Thank you for talking about mental health and how things affect you. I also struggle with with stress and anxiety and always impactful to hear how others also struggle to know that I am not alone! From one human to another I find so much joy in watching your podcast and both your own content at the end of my day.

I’m loving you two creating content together. I’ve watched the trackers for many years and feel like you, Nick, just fit right into the family. It’s great to see two down to earth grown men portraying such humbleness and genuine love for life and community. Keep up the amazing work guys!

I saw you one day at Lakeland Target by Lakeside Village, and after watching this I am going to pay attention and say hi and commend you about talking about this. I agree with some of the comment your chemistry with Tim has added more light and I enjoy how (very lightly you annoy Tim)

Thank you so much for talking about male mental health, for being open about this subject not just as men and adults but as fathers and husbands. This is so important. There’s so much trash on social media geared towards men that is dangerous and detrimental to their lives and the lives of the people who care about them. Any honest, life lived male voices we can get out there is so valuable. (More valuable than Beanie Babies!) Also Nick: take care of yourself, you’ve got a good soul and those need extra care.

Hi Nick! Hi Tim! First off, I want to say I enjoy your podcast every week. The chemistry the two of you have is great and it shows. It reminds me of 2 best friends just hanging out, talking about anything and everything without having to try to come up with stuff to talk about. I love it. Thank you both for talking about mental health. Most people have experienced mental health at one point or another in their lives and are afraid or ashamed to say anything. So thank you for saying something. That being said, shame on those who belittle others or spread their “hate” onto others for no reason. It’s uncool. Just stay true to yourself and ignore the haters, they are not worth your time. Your convo about the Olympics cracked me up. When you said you 4 could be on a rowing team and would just be spinning. I pictured that in my head and thought that’s what I would be doing too😂. If it’s ok, I’d like to mention that in my Facebook group, Let’s Watch The Trackers 🎉”? We have a Friday fun every week and thought that would be a great question.

Nick - I love how open you are about sharing your feelings on your mental health, and how you move through the new space you're in, in being more present online. I am always appalled by people who sit behind their keyboards and say terrible things for absolutely no reason so, 1) I'm sorry that both you and Tim (and Jenn) have to deal with that nonsense when you're just being yourselves and sharing a glimpse into your lives and 2) I'm so thankful for people like you who use that experience to remind people that it's unkind to say nasty things for no reason. While you're able to move through it and move on, it's still absolutely unnecessary. I also love the friendship you both have. After watching Tim and Jenn for about 11 or so years now, I have always admired Tim's complete support of and love for Jenn and for their family. Even if he doesn't open up as much, his love and support of his family and friends has always been evident, and you can see that in your friendship, as well. Also - as someone who grew up Catholic (but is non-practicing now), here is the answer to the "Why is Easter when it is" question: As a moveable feast, it's always on the Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, and that can fall anywhere between March 22 and April 25.
