Actually, the epic barb design is based on a real flower called the Titan arum, these flower's are known to smell really bad, which explains the green scent on its head. Hope you found this helpful :D

Close, it’s actually based on the Rafflesia, another “corpse flower”. The titan arum is much taller!

Even though it looks like a goofy magician, the head is actually based off of the cone shaped shells of long dead squids, mainly alive during the Cambrian Period hundreds of millions of years ago. (The "Orthocone Shell" part of its bio also suggest this)

Heres something you didn't know about flowah from light island. As you can see flowahs 2nd track on light island, that animation track was never used ever when flowah was on light island until now.

I never thought Epic Flowah would come out along with Epic Barrb and Epic Jellbilly! That was totally unexpected! However, it is disappointing that Ethereal Workshop Wave 4 didn’t come and I know MPG is really disappointed about that but it will come next Wednesday for sure!

Epic Barrb being the corpse flower was definitely not the morbid form i thought it would take but i like it.

Such interesting concept art, I hope it makes it into the game!

I think epic Flowah really shines in its animations! The animations are really clean and different from the common and rare variants. You have the swaying plants, the dangly bits at the bottom, and the turning flower petals!

I was NOT expecting Epic Barrb to resemble a rafflesia. Awesome 🤩

Epic Barrb and epic flowah might be my new fav designs ever!

Hi nice vid i like all of these epics! (Im sad workshop wave 4 ain't here yet its coming either on ecos of echo or something)

We were thrown for a loop when the monster handlers decided to release not just epic Barrb, but also epic Flowah alongside them! I want to call the family of this duo of plant fires the “pyroflora” family, because of their ties with the plant, and fire elements! Also, I think the “stachacles” that are mentioned in the epic Jellbilly’s bio are its “mustache” tentacles, as they’re its tentacles that resembles a mustache, like its common, and rare cousins!

I think the rare quints are releasing in their fire expansion islands seasonal event so rare drummidary will probably release in June and rare bowhead will probably release in whatever month mind boggle is in

I realize that the celestial for this month blasoom is based off of a plant and barrb and flowah are both plants and that’s probably why we got both epics or just to find out the family or for the epic wubbox

I absolutely LOVE epic flowah and epic jellbilly and barb is also nice!!

i am SO glad epic flowah is finally out, correct me if i'm wrong but i think it was the last 2-element fire to get an epic and it was a LONG time coming! i was expecting it around december and i theorized that it'd be poinsetta themed but this is SO COOL, they outdid themselves on the design, i love succulents. and i love epic baarb an equal amount - not only is the rafflesia design truly befitting of being called epic, but the color pallete is gorgeous and winged eyeliner is a really nice touch 😁

I think that the Monicals (Monster + Tropical) would be a cool name for Barrb + Flowah. I'd also like to expand that family too.

I’m kinda disappointed that ethereal workshop wave 4 didn’t get released. I think msm is still cooking up something cool for ethereal workshop. I’ll Just be patient a little more longer and maybe it might be released

Epic flowah was pretty unexpected but i mean it makes sense its with epic barrb because you know family.

I think a good name for the barrb/ Flowah family would be "the prickly pears" as prickly pears are fruits that grow on cacti and also sprout yellow flowers and would represent the current family members

Stachacles is a pun on "stach" and tentacles, "stach" being short for mustache. So it's pronounced "Stashacles". And yes, those hands on the Life Formula skin have always been there. For context, when trying to breed Epic Jellbilly, MPG started with with 4,158 diamonds and ended with 1,138. He spent a total of *_3,020 diamonds_* trying to breed Epic Jellbilly. 😭😭

It’s said that where the eyes are on epic jellbille are connected to its brain so it might no be a variant of jellbille but a new monster variant

Family name idea for flowah and Barrb. The bud buddies. The word bud like a flower bud and bud is a part of the word buddy.

It's cool to see Flowah normal is flower Barrb normal is a cactus, and Flowah epic is a cactus Barrb epic is flower

Off the top of my head I think a good family name for Flowah and Barrb could be “PricklyPods”. Like…as in “2 peas in a pod”. I dunno.
