I was born and lived in Liverpool until I emigrated at the age of 17 to Southern Ontario in Canada. I used to bicycle to northern Wales as a teenager and only fished there one time for trout in Anglesey. The three lakes you fished look very enticing.

What’s Hywel luggage set up please? I try and travel as lightly and basic as possible. Currently using an airflo outlander vest, but I’m suffering terribly from neck ache wearing despite minimal tackle on board! I fish lakes and rivers so looking for a dual purpose solution if possible? Many thanks

Nice waters. Where can you buy day tickets ? Do salmon and seatrout venture that far ?

Thank you! As Hywel explains you can buy day tickets from the Fishing Passport: www.fishingpassport.co.uk/fishing/upland-llyns/llyn-teifi These are wild trout lakes and land-locked, so no migratory fish species.
