The Purple form that Phobos turned into is his S3LF form, essentially, a godlike being on par with the Employers, immense power and strength. Assuming he has the Keystone Fragment (AKA the Halo) his strength doubles and so does his brutality. He ruled over Nexus City with an Iron Fist and wasn't stopped, even after he was KILLED by Jebediah, now known as Jeb. He weaponized dissonant reality (the purple energy) and is on par with the Employers themselves. He is a threat of the highest caliber as he is as close to a god among men as he could possibly be. Project Nexus was supposed to be a resurrection program designed to lower casualties but the director decided to use is a a godhood program instead. He accomplished this by using Project Gestalt, a MAG Agent of frightening size and is invincible, he also carries an immense bloodlust. Phobos's plan was to merge with Gestalt and consume the Employers realm and become the one true deity, one to rival THE MAKER, however he was stopped when his vessel was denied after he was killed by Hank, Sanford and Deimos.
