I like to believe that this song is meant to have 2 different persons, the hardcore voice is the knight who thinks everyone is weak and could never compare to him, while the other voice is encouraging to still try. And the wall is a mental barrier, as not to let us get discouraged by the hardcore voice. I know there are flaws in this theory, but you can still imagine.
