I used to assist here back before it was owned by Kevin (2011) when it was Odds On Records & Studios. Had the privilege to assist on a couple sessions with Eddie Kramer and Santana. Good times.

*_Did I die and go to Heaven ???_* This is EXACTLY what comes to my mind when someone says *_"RECORDING STUDIO"._* I'm Old School and have seen a lot over the last 40 or 50 years. I would have done anything to work at a Studio like that. Kevin's studio is way beyond OMG, you run out of superlatives quickly when it dawns on you that you have never seen a studio this complete... ever. Absolutely LOVE the interior design. Perfect use of subtle colors, textures, and finishes. No such thing as having too much room, or too many different rooms. From front lobby and all the way through facilities, every turn at every corner brought even more WOW. Kevin's certificates and awards speak for themselves and are enough for 5 people. *_No I didn't die... what would I do to actually get inside Kevin's Studio ? I promise to not touch the big red button._*

What I imagine heaven to look like!!

Studio A is bigger than my house lol.. Love how he gives Kane so much credit / respect. Good dude.

The sound of your voices was so good because of the insanely good room treatment of the studios ! Honestly, having treatment at that level is better than any piece of gear the gear is the icing on the cake at this level. ;-)

And, by the way what surpasses everything is the people. Working with world class artists like Carlos Santana and Ozzy is way better than any gear that O could think of. ;-)

I like how he's a hard rock type dude but still mentions Dr. Dre as as example for which mixing console he uses

Dude, you could lock me in this studio for the rest of my life and I would never get bored. EVER. I’ve dreamed of working in a place like this since I first heard Ozzy Osbourne’s No More Tears album as a little kid. I can remember listening back to that cassette tape so many times, scrutinizing every little nuance in sound, that I wore out the tape and the tape deck. My God, how they get those sounds. Heaven. Great video bro.

My favorite so far!! I can’t count how many times I have watch this video! Epic studio and it’s so great seeing father and son producing! The Churko family Is talented as f***!!

They wouldn't sell it to him and he didn't have any money in his bank account but the motivation to persevere towards his dream paid off. AMAZING studio.

Oh man... that is the best phrase ever. The unfairchild. Classic.

I reallly love how the masters talk about their art, it makes you want to move forward !

Kevin is a great engineer, a great producer, and a great guy.

I used to record in Churkos spot when it was OddsOn recording studios. Amazing facility. Duality is beast! Spent many hours in studio A with my friend and producer Bobby Ferrari. The place still has to be one of the best studios in Vegas.

Great studio tour. For me there is a word Kevin said that rings... that's about how he purchased the place. He spoke the word believing it will come through and here he is... well done.

Most people especially newcomers would look at this and be like, “this is excessive....” but I would like to think of it as everything in here is a piece of history and progress throughout the years. Definitely a vault / lab I would want down the line in life. Only way to get there though is to start..
