I started reading a graphic novel myself, my first one actually, its “The complete The Killer” by Jacamon & Matz very good, the artwork really stands out, i just love dark, gritty assassin stories and it really dives deep into the killers mind. Its 767 pages, its a long read.

The shelves are stacking up nicely now, I’m doing the same but with manga. I’m finally going to start a manga channel just reviewing manga and anime figures.

I want an book collecting chuck dixon & tom lyles 3 part mini series in a large format, and on matte paper to best show that artwork. A lot of detail seems lost in the original prints

Had V on my wish list to buy, but before I checked out, I looked at the absolute category for instock, and for some reason, they had a stock of the 2009 printing for 20 dollars less. Score, I just care about the story. The extras are nice, but 20 bucks more in my pocket is better.

Immortal hulk book club baby!

Got that Ghost Spider Omni, and I'm really excited to read it, but I'm in the middle of the Amazing Spider-Man vol 4 reprint. I _LOVED_ that first Spider-Gwen omni. Speaking of Absolutes, I picked up the reprint of Absolute Preacher vol 1 this month (unfortunately, damaged 😭😭). I already read it digitally, and already have vols 2&3. Damn though, it's just such a pretty book. Was actually thinking about that V for Vendetta. Besides Preacher, the only Absolutes I have are Killing Joke and Watchmen and I figured "Can't be a bad idea to just keep collecting Alan Moore works?" Seem to see a lot of people talk about Hulk, especially Immortal Hulk, World War Hulk, and Planet Hulk omnis. I dunno. I've just never really been into the character, so I never read Hulk. Maybe that's a catch-22, though. Like, maybe if I gave Hulk a chance I'd actually like reading him, similar to what happened to me with Jason Aaron's Thor. Ahhhh! I already have too many other books to buy, lol... with Wolverine (and X-23), Spider-Man (Ultimate and Miles), and the Brubaker reprint Captain America volumes. I already need to buy more bookshelves next payday, lol.

Man I don’t know if it’s just my copy but even after stretching the spine several time, my Immortal Hulk omnibus has several binding issues, especially towards the very beginning and the very end of the book
