This is one of the first tiny homes where there really isn't anything I'd personally change. While the cost is waaaaaaaaaay more than I'd personally spend, it's quite literally perfect.

@@andressamachado6315 13:50 shows a nice size closet. A lot more space than a lot of these tiny homes. Those baskets at the bottom are good size.

After watching this one question comes to my mind; why am I even living in an apartment when I could live rent free in an incredibly designed, clean and well arranged tiny house? Just beautiful

I was murmuring about the metal in the foot of the sofa, and even it turned out to be a very usefull thing.. Very refined, nice little house..

Honestly her bedroom is bigger than mine and I live in a normal sized house. Very intelligent design

This is honestly one of my favourite tiny houses I have seen so far. Although I like the idea of a tiny house, many of them seem too crowded, as they naturally try to make use of every little space there is. But with this one it is still so airy and light. I especially love how much thought she put in to ventilation etc. That way it is even more sustainable. And I have never seen such a cool shower door thingy, that seems really practical.

NZ being the first country covid-free means we get to watch tiny houses again, yay! ♥️

This is literally my favuorite tiny house eva. Two seating areas downstairs and plenty of windows? Sign me in!

I’ve watched dozens of these videos, and this is easily one of my favorites. The swiveling table, the net lounge, the Ikea bins, and the other details demonstrate how carefully thought out this design is. Just fabulous!

I think this channel must be 99% responsible for the tiny house movement! :D

I would agree! Bryce is why I started watching hundreds of videos of beautiful and innovative tiny homes and van conversions. I've always loved seeing how other people live. Although I live in my forever home now, in a beautiful part of the UK, the need to start part-time living on the road is only growing! Meanwhile, I binge-watch these videos and dream of my alternative life!

can we just appreciate how incredibly humble and kind he is. i love how you ask to come in and take a look around and your enthusiasm and choice of words are just lovely. AND to say this just your youtube channel, it amazes me seeing how professional the editing and everything is ❤️ your videos are honestly so addicting and honestly inspiring :)

I saw a video a few wks ago where their bed was elevated off the floor up to the ceiling ! They had a pulley system to drop it down whenever needed ! That was awesome

I totally agree! As someone with mold illness, I am acutely aware of the issues of high humidity and poor ventilation in any home leading to mold. I so appreciated that she included design features around keeping the space well ventilated and mold free and that she made sure to share that in her tour!

This tiny home looked so small on the outside that I could hardly believe how big it was on the inside! It is marvolous!! Great Job! Joyce

There's copious stories out there. Please stop being tricked by this biggest world wide lie ever perpetrated on humanity. Yes that's right, now nurses around the world can stop tick-tock dancing in hospital corridors, after learning dance routines at work when they're apparently run off their feet. One routine even involved carrying a wrapped up first aid dummy as a fake Cadaver and were carrying it funeral style down a corridor in the dance. Also, less people have died from this flu than in most other bad flu seasons...they've never locked down the world for any other much more severe flu season. Don't worry, the truth's getting out there more and more! Try to think your way past the official narrative that your handlers(Government) gives to you. They've never lied to you and just wouldn't do that...lol Seriously it's like watching a person stay in love with someone that is just so deceitful, but they just wont break up, because that liar keeps their gullible sucker believing in them. I'm saving this!!!!! This is my definite favourite, I've been thinking about a library space with a net and this is even more efficient than what I pictured.

That system that lets you detach the house from the trailer if you want to leave it somewhere is absolutely brilliant.

Based on the exterior, I was expecting it to feel kind of poky inside, but I really like this! I don't think I've seen a such a small tiny house seem so open and functional.

I love that there's minimal furniture transformations. It's cool to see your sofa turn into a bed but rather tedious if you just wanna crash on the it.

The second that I saw that the net was able to hold the weight of a full grown human I was like, well we know where Bryce's final thoughts will be filmed.

Me too, though I would also want more headroom on the walkway upstairs, as she mentioned. But really, otherwise excellent. Actually seems to have enough storage!

This is ONE of the best of the best tiny homes period. I love the entrance, the kitchen is a good size, the bathroom and shower are grrreat! Finally, the storage in the bedroom are grrreat and you can standup at the loft. Amazing.

I LOVE that she mentioned and framed the quotes of the "why" people want to go "tiny". For me, it reminds me of a time when I was moving from one life experience to another. During my transition I had to downsize quite a bit from a home with a basement to an effeciency. One of the happiest times for me because I realized I could live a nice comfortable life with less.

@@mikevarga2058 It's really somewhere in between when I see your comments, at one end I see you practice an original thought process and develop our brains, on other there's the whole attitude of also being ignorant of what's really out there in objective reality, not all blacks live in social housing or are frustrated, a large amount doesn't mean all and I will add that it's upto the own individual regardless of color to preach for having a house or not, cause not all people have same requirements, not all people should preach for same things, otherwise I can say there are some dire consequences of that thought process, everyone will start hoarding heaps of lands and then there will be no place for animals, nature to survive, through which we survive too, we are not that apart from it. So I find it a harmful message to tell everyone to seek out on earth's resources in large amounts, with that earth will not replenish and will be unsustainable for human and animal life and maybe nature might just take things back from us.

Brooke Bixler its a known thing - if you have small room, dark wall paint will make it feel smaller. opposite with white, makes room feel bigger. same apply for clothing items.

My living room is 3x3,5meter,,i paint light lime green n look spacious with wood sofa than my neighbour with dark chocolate colour with none sofa. So light colour (even not white) can make more look spacious room even small

Yes, it does. The reason for that is that your eyes get more light overall, and light from more angles, since the lighter the color the more it will reflect light (in the visible spectrum). And with more light, your brain percieves it as more spacious because that's how it works. That's what I understand to happen in this phenomenon.

Tiny house means for me: my own creativity in every aspect in the house and being proud every day of accomplishing my own build.

This lady is so professional. I know this is her home, but she's selling it well! Nice design ideas.

I want to see more houses she has designed! This is one of the best layouts i've ever seen, it feels like a full on 2 story house, rather than something with a loft.

One of the bad thing for myself about tiny house is toilet... Like having a composed toilet is just not my thing.... Or something like that....

I’ve seen tiny houses that have used normal toilets! However I assume this would add to complications and costs but if that’s something you’re prepared to deal with it then definitely go for it!

If having the option of moving around the house or being off grid is not important you, I would recommend looking at small type of Swedish houses called attefallere/attefallshus for inspiration. In Sweden you don’t need to apply for building permits as long as the structure is smaller then I think 30 or 25 square meters (I can’t remember). (With a maximum height of 4 meters) The permits rules exceptions were originally meant for things like sheds. But people started to make them into complete small houses called attefallshus, and you are allowed to make it into a permanent living structure. So people have made a lot of super inspiring and creative solutions for making something pretty great out of such a small space. Pretty much all of them are designed to be connected to public water and power grid, and have just normal water toilets etc in them. While many are very interested in sustainability and sustainable living in Sweden so there are loads of houses made with that in mind aswell.

Loved everything but the toilet. Must have running water toilet... and I came from an Island where as a kid I'd carry buckets of water from a Village shared tap to our family home. Buckets for drinking, cooking, bathing & loo.

I also love reading, but I started reading on my Kindle years ago - I read so much that I would not be able to fit all my books into any tiny house, so having them on a kindle is saving a lot of space. You can always choose your favourites you want to keep on paperback and have the rest on a kindle.

You know what always confuses me with these tiny houses or mini apartments? Why do they always have separate areas for shelves and TV. I would build a Book shelve and put a contractable projector screen in front of it. A projector hanging from the ceiling above the couch and voila: A book shelve/reading area that can be converted into a TV Room. Or alternatively: have a TV mounted to the ceiling, so you can pull it down, if you want to watch TV and if not you have a beautiful wall of books. *.* Sinve I'm also heavy into Gaming I would connect my Tower PC to it, this way I could avoid a separate office area. (A Laptop just doesn't work for heavy duty games)

This lady has perfected “tiny”. She is very creative with materials.

One of the first tiny houses I’ve seen that I wouldn’t change anything.

At first I thought the net would just be an add on to a walkway or something, but no, it's really a full space, a real room. Really cool!

This is definitely one of the most spacious "looking" tiny house in here, feels really big and has it all! what a great project

This is truly one of the very BEST tiny homes I have seen on this channel! Very cozy, clean and functional. She did such a great job with the style and design.

Finally a tiny house without a “farm chic” interior

To be honest I didn't really care for the exterior, but then the inside is just so beautiful, and especially the sleeping loft looks so spacious and cozy at the same time! I definitely wouldn't be brave enough for the net loft though haha!

I like how they clearly had met before and he had to walk up like it was the first time they saw each other lmao

The tiny library is my favorite spot laying on the net while reading is such a luxury. Its spacious, clean and neat. Congrats to her!

I LOVE the seating nook. It's always good to have a workplace that isn't the couch. And the white net is a super great use of the space. Really smart to have it as optionally functional.

I'd actually live in a house like this. Others always seem to be missing something for me, this one has EVERYTHING 💛

The Best Tiny House I have seen so far. simple and beautiful. Loved it.

I love that her house has storage in the loft, and you can stand up. I can't say I'd enjoy hanging out in a hammock slung that high, but it's a creative space-saving solution, to be sure. Love those Ikea storage bins as well. Great way to use space you'd otherwise only be able to use for very skinny things. Also love that adjustable, movable table. Did she say it was called a lagoon table? Very cool. I got so many great ideas from this one!

This is so incredibly smartly built. I'm so glad she talked about ventilation in the shower and loft areas, conscientiousness towards weight of total build, and angle of the chips for the toilet. I’m pretty sure I’ve watched nearly every tiny house video on KZread, but this house is by far the best designed of them all. She’s absolutely brilliant.

What a phenomenal design, it looks way bigger on the inside! Really maximized the space, without feeling cramped at all!

This Tardis looked almost disappointingly small on the outside, but turned out to look so great on the inside, so clever. 😀 Looks like Gina just missed the LBTH storage tips video , so there will have to be another--soon, I hope! Thanks for another great video.

This is the best tiny house I have ever seen in my entire life. I love that it is quite a bit smaller than most of the tiny homes you see on the internet but just as good!

The toilet actually made me think about my cat's litter.

I love the rolling shower door. What a clever idea!

I love how people come up with different ways to use the space and therefore show all the options that make it individual to their taste/needs. Certainly a test of ingenuity. Loving these houses.

I think this is my favorite one. Very airy and free and calming

*the urge to tiny house only grows* the travel trailer my parents recently got isn’t helping

Older kids and teenagers would LOVE that loft space ;D those high trees all around the property provide perfect privacy and wind shield too , lovely portable home

I really love the way this tiny is laid out, and it seemed like it would be too small, but when you get inside it is so spacious that I think anyone could find it the perfect size. The net space is quite unique and would be a lot of fun to have. Although I am Canadian, Build Tiny's style has largely impacted my tiny house design choices. They are beautifully constructed, and I wish I could find that quality here. They are truly unique. When a tiny house is finally a plausible option for me, I will be looking at a design like one of Build Tiny's. Amanda Wilcox build tiny is the best honestly

Personally, this is my favorite. Everything is a perfect size, nothing is taking up too much or too little space. There's enough room to still walk around and have guests over. Love this!

Simple, functional and so much light inside. I particularly love the retractable shower screen and air slats under bed.

This house is amazing, love it. I could absolutely live like this.

Wow, nice tiny house. I lovr that she can stand up in the loft. Yay Bryce sat on the net.

Definitely one of the best smaller tiny houses on wheels that I've seen. You can kind of tell that she's not currently living in it, but I still like both the features and the look of it, both inside and outside. It's very bright and open, and feels well thought through!

One of my favorites so far. Very simple in terms of design but looks functional which is important. Love it!

Such a cute house and the interviewer does a great job of asking questions, making comments and letting the other person speak!

This was such a relaxing episode to watch! The space is beautiful and your voices are both so nice to listen to. Great video for the end of a work week! Oh and yay for being back to touring! Congrats New Zealand for being an inspiration in government responsibility and management.

this is the nicest and most spacious tiny home I’ve seen. No sacrifices on kitchen space either. It would take me a lot to be convinced on the net but otherwise it’s really nice.

I love this open design. All the elements (library, net, bathroom windows, plus and off-grid capability and movable) are impressive. It's tiny, yet spacious. Nicely designed. Thanks for sharing.
