For the nunchucks, I recommend making or buying an actual pair of nunchucks, and then adding on the wood onto it. Faster, and actually works like nunchucks.

Nice CNC machine! In my lab I have a Flashforge 3D printer and a... DIY CNC lol, we aren't rich so that's the best we could do, but it's a nice quaint little lab. Lots of tape and saws and electronic components from dissassembled alarm clocks....

Love it. It’s also good safe and since my kids are handling these (and aren’t known for always washing hands) I figured it was a smart option

I think I needed to make the handles smaller. I was tired of sanding and kept them at the size they are at but really should have sanded more

I considered it, but honestly the natural wood will hold up a lot better than if I painted it. The problem with the golden weapons is that overtime the paint started to wear off
