Its my last day out bass fishing the Harris Chain of Lakes in Florida. The pattern held true once again. I caught several largemouth bass offshore, several hundred yards from the bank targeting eelgrass with a red eye shad.\

Unfortunately, the spawn didn't really materialize when I was there. We probably missed it by about a week. Most of the beds in the canals were empty or they only had a couple small male bass.
