I bought brand new furniture in the early 2000 's in a set lol and now I feel the color is dated but the quality of the furniture is so much better than the furniture nowadays. So, after watching many of your videos you have inspired me to paint them white instead of getting rid of them. My colors are already white, cream, gold and blues so I know it will transform them by painting them lighter. Recently painted over some framed canvas art that I no longer like and matched it to my sofa and chairs. I cannot stop looking at the two framed canvas art I painted myself. It was easy since i painted abstract style. art. it feels great to do DiY instead of always buying things. When one makes things themselves their house comes alive with the person's soul and energy in it. Thanks again! Laurie

My doctor, yesterday, cleared me to resume normal activities. As I ponder where to start, this video was a perfect motivator. I bought a cutting board from the artist to use as a tray on my coffee table, but it doesn't do what I hoped, despite adding the hand-carved tissue box my uncle made. Seeing your ideas suggested to me a larger, ornate, gold frame under the cutting board, it is amazing how moving a couple pieces of decor can totally improve a look.

WOW Lisa, what a transformation!! The table looks Beautiful!! Buying that table at a store would surely cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Beautiful flip along with a bunch of beautiful decorating ideas. I feel your pain about it took 4 years for you to get to the flip. It’s a true thing when we get so busy. However, now look at what you have created, a beauty. By the way, Behr paint is the best. Before my husband died, 11 years ago, he re-did our whole home using Behr paint and it looked absolutely beautiful, its worth the extra money for sure. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Lisa that table turned out great. I have an antique little side table that my dad refinished. I’m going to paint it black so it will fit with my decor. I’ve had that little table for years. Did you water down the paint before spraying?

Yes, when using a paint sprayer you need to dilute the paint with water. The directions for the correct consistency will be in the directions with your sprayer.
