I used Aero Tech Fabric! It's a really slick looking system. I think fabric is better as well! It's good to open up wings that old at least once every 30 years.

It would sure be nice to see some before and after shots of your Ercoupe... or maybe some before and before or more after or maybe just more shots... Nice airplane...

Several kilos of paint on an aluminium bird? Looks interesting for sure, but who does anyone paint an aluminium airplane which can be easily polished to Orginal factory standard easily? 🧐Itls just from a technical standpoint, but surely looks nice…but dragging around roughly applied paint and it.s weight makes no sense for me…besides the heat building up under a red hood…i.d strip it and polish it…Part per Part…..every time I have a really pissed day I’ll take some stripper, and the polish that area up, over a whole year I save up to 5 kilos of paint for sure and have a polished airplane….🧐which is less drag and cooler in terms of heat radiation,,,.and thanks for showing! Nice birds! Kkkk
