EPIC FAIL Montgomery escalators @ Macy’s Aventura Mall Aventura, FL
I came here like 1 month before & all the escalators were working with normal steps. Now all of a sudden one of them has new steps & this one is getting the steps replaced by Kone. Insane.

That's quite a coincidence. I currently live in Arkansas, and when I used to live in Florida and visit the Aventura Mall, I remember the escalators in that Macy's store were facing the same sitch as in this video. I was with my Dad at the time.

The up escalator leading to the third floor was broken when I was there too, and the opposite escalator was not broken, but not moving either.

It's the Same Problem at Macys at Westland Mall when they replaced the steps it was being replaced with Kone.

The steps got replaced by them but they didn’t get modded.
G&P with glass balustrades is pretty rare.
