To get it you have to complete a quest from a guy standing near the paper bossfight
7th heaven best one for sure
Also natallie limit break change according to what you made her wear

it's in the deluxe version, go to the evil looking door at the greenwood library, then go right, push some tables, fight some enemies, then push another table, beat the FUCK out of a singular piece of paper, collect the loot, and then talk to the guy with the :D face, Sage was his name i think

Cat magic. He can already move around, fight, "talk" (he doesn't talk, but he has the capability for it as shown in the Glitch fight), cast magic spells, and summon God. With these powers, he can probably bypass gender limits.

You can get it by talking to the Sage NPC after beating the sketch boss rush in the Greenwood library. But it is only avalible in V2 premium version.
