EPIC BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION! Screen Porch ConstructionTime Lapse With Before and After!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Another epic backyard transformation we completed by building a new screen porch in this previously boring backyard. Full time lapse of the entire construction process of this covered deck screen porch along with an epic before and after at the end. We show you the entire build process of this backyard transformation including footings all the way through framing to finishes. This backyard is now an awesome spot to hang out with a screen porch featuring a huge fireplace wall and an open deck with an outdoor kitchen. We also install a paver walkway from the screen porch out to the driveway!

That is quite a transformation. We moved into a brand new house that already had a nice screened-in porch but after living here for several years, we decided to transform it into a 3-season porch and boy! are we ever glad we did. Now I can take my citrus trees out there in the winter, even though the room isn't heated because we put in a small electric heater just for the room and it keeps our trees from freezing. I wonder how long it will take you to make that same decision. I bet you are really loving this new addition. It is huge and I bet the kids really love it and spend most of their time out there.
What a transformation!!! I’m just floored at the talent and the dedication to the craftsmanship of you and your team. Bravo!!!!

Really appreciate that!!
I keep watching these and jamming to the music but I want to know if I’m tripping. I keep singing ‘I let you down’ and ‘My besties’ out’. 😂😂😂 Whatever is it, it’s a jam.
The fit and finish is so good and clean on this thing that it looks like a 3D rendering on the reveal.

Bro I was thinking the same thing. I had to pauze it to make sure
excellent work colleagues, always faithful to its contents, I really like your work, greetings from Oaxaca, Mexico
Killing it Sean and your team, anyone who does this for a living will understand what’s involved to pull off the projects to the standards you do a happy team is essential 👍 Where could I get background music like that I do time lapse for patios we do but struggling finding a beat that just repeats itself over. Much love from 🇮🇪
It's so new and clean it almost looks animated... Very nice job 👍
This one turned out awesome, nice job!!

Amazing as always 👍👍🏴🏴
Great job guys! Love that screened in area.
Just making a point why is the grass left under the deck it shud be removed? &when you only put the waterproof tape on the main joists ¬ on the rest of the joists?

The color of those socks at the end of the day is how we determine how hard they worked.
I was pretty disappointed overall. That is until 15:20 when THE stain man himself, made it beautiful. 😂👍🏻
Beautiful workmanship.

@@THEpremieroutdoor can you any work in GA?
Wow, beautiful !! Love the fireplace ... What about insulation in the new roof ?
What kind of stone do you use for your paver base typically? No bedding sand?
I’ve always wondered how long do these type of projects usually take?
nice! approx project cost? like the helical piers?
Wondering if you had an electrical inspector look at this since you buried some junction boxes in the ceiling.
Looks awesome! What slope do you aim for on your patios?

Between 1/4” and 1/8” per foot!
The "after" pictures of the structure itself seem like renderings

Whats the ballpark price for something like that in your area?
With the paver did you compact the dirt/gravel? Great build!

We want to level and build retaining wall in the backyard. We live at 27606 zip code, would like to know if there is any office locally to help us.
Nice addition, added an entire level of living. Why no insulation in the roof? Just curious. Thanks💪💪💪

Thanks!! It definitely enhances the ways the family is able to use their home!! And it’s not needed because this isn’t a climate controlled space.
how much does something like this cost to do
What were those things called that went into the ground initially with the machine?

Helical piles!
Amazing work ! Are you using the BoardDeck Bender even when installing the hidden fastener? Does it need to be tightened?
Good afternoon, where does one communicate with you and in which part of the United States are you

Amazing job, but just a horribly stupid place for a tv, especially since it's so easy to steal it from there.

Wicked !.....😂
You should have used insulation between the roof and white boards on the ceiling. Disappointed in THIS … that is so unprofessional and cheap! I’m unsubscribing.
I am a very poor man, I cannot even eat one meal a day, my family is hungry, I try to work so that my family does not suffer more, and whoever does not believe me come and see I show you the truth
