I have a 2023 450HO it went 62mph from factory I now have it tuned with dyno jet PV4 and I have a big gun exhaust on it, just ordered an EPI clutch kit waiting on it to get here!

Great vid reviewing the clutch kit. I wonder if there would be any noticeable gains putting a clutch kit on a 450 if going to just a 25 inch tire from the 24 inch stock ones...just to try and gain some peppiness and pull.

I run 26" mud lights on mine and it seems to handle them just fine

Just got a 2022 450 ho. After my break in period. I already have a set of 27in itp mud lites. Wondering if I’ll need a kit. But your install vid gives me confidence to do on my own

@@garageforty2 got my 27in itp mid lites on. Surprisingly I didn’t notice any power loss normal riding around and lil bit of mud. Still going to install the clutch kit tho so I can get more power to the ground in low and mid range and do some wheelies lol.

I just put the bison bumper on the same bike it looks awesome with the rad relocate

I got mine directly through EPI

YO! Just got 27 inch mega mayhems for my sportsman 500, whenever I turn it vibrates and shakes my bike. Also makes a noise, does yours do similar? I only tested it in hard dirt and gravel so maybe it would be different on softer.

They do vibrate and shake on hard surfaces, i noticed the faster I went they smoothed out a bit. On the trails I don’t think you’ll really notice. They’re great in the mud though!

Use 1" wheel spacers

Put a slip on exhaust or something on that thing would be awesome

That’s kinda odd that the top speed is only 41 with the 28s. I put 28s on my 08 sportsman 450 and it gained top end but lost some bottom end torque. It tops out at 58

@@garageforty2 thought so because I have a sportsman 1000 with the mudder clutches and it revs a little high before moving

How has the Tacoma’s tailgate held up to the drive ups and ride downs? I also have a 2015 Tacoma but hear horror stories about the weak tailgate bending under the load.

Surprisingly didn’t lose any top speed with the kit. The tires slowed it down though
