If there is no work they file a nil return ( pay the administration charges 500 ). But this type of notice / intimation received from the dept. Pls suggest it to me. Hi Sir I’m one of the members in TS accountants group. Our one of the clients is asking for selective compliance in EPF like He wanted to give option to his employees to opt in as well as opt out at the time of joining in employment. Irrespective of employee EPF history like UAN already available or newly generated etc. Can you tell me any legal procedure available for this kind of situation to opt out option for some of the employees.
