Lovely Home! Timeless.
This house is 44 years old it's like you stepped back into a Time capsule the furniture is old and outdated everything in it needs to be updated and brought to the Future. This is an investor rehab.

Before the tour I'm thinking "How can this property be only $5.5 million?" I guess when they figure you'll need to spend another $5 million on renovations. I actually love this property. Update the interior of this home and it would be awesome. The exterior of the home is still relevant today. The modern design of this home makes it so timeless.
