Also start the engine,, let it idle,,,,then shut it off,,then start it again (as it starts up,,,push the gas pedal to the floor)(and quickly let it back up to idle and see if that helps,it could be loose wire connector's on the engine) if you are close to me,, I might be able to try a few things, but you know I can't do much, you may have to help me out,, let me know if you get this video

I do this to my car wen epc light comes on..it goes away but as of late it keeps coming on more than. Usual..I know I gotta change oil soon..any other thoughts?? Maybe throttle bottle going bad?

Qestion i have the engine light own and the epx light flashes but the car drives and rung smooth at low speed and high speed no inssues could this be a simple fix like spark plugs

Mine is stalling when gas is depressed. My garage plugged it in and got three # but only one of them had a recommendation and it was for the fuel pump circuit.

I have same problem & was ignition coil problem so replacement & problem solved

Hi, I have a vw golf 7 tsi and it has the EPC and engine light on. I only get a code of P261A . The car has no power that I get concerned to drive it. What could be the matter? Please help. I lost alot of money trying to fix this car.

Hey man my car it doesn't want to start. I think the problem is camshaft or terbo charge am not xo its been a will now. Cz my engine looks the same way as yours plz send me something about how to start vw engine

I think my first step will be to clean the throttle and possible replace a sensor. The mechanics are charging too much and replacing other things. I can’t afford to keep making repairs and the car still having issues. EPC light going on and off. I already went on the limp mode on freeway once which was scary. I got home and the car had consumed a lot of oil too.

@@ericl3628 No, not fixed yet. I did have a battery that is fairly new and was draining because I don't drive the car. I charged it and it made the car drive slightly better. I cleared the codes and drove the car for a while. The check engine light came back on. I had the car scanned at Autozone and the codes point to a fuel regulator. I am hoping to get this fixed soon and hoping that is the last and only issue for now that will fix this. Also to add to the mix, the traction control light came on and stayed on until I drove the car for a while and went away.

@@enriquet548 I hope it's nothing too costly. My EPC light is ON when I just turn ignition ON. I read the code with an obd2 and got a U3501 code. Car is still under warranty for a few months. I'll get it checked.

Crankshaft and camshaft position sensor

Hi vw polo have a problem of switching off while driving..why might be the problem

My dad has 2017 Tiguan that goeas into LIMP mode when you are accelarating at around 100 km/h and higher. The mechanics diagnostic system just showed him FUEL PREASURE code. They cleaned the fuel system and changed the fuel pump, but they did not bother checking the seansors I belive. Just what the diagnostics showed them. Yet the problem remains. After it goes into LIMP mode you turn the car off and on again and it goes back to normal.

I hate that dang epc...dude I been dealing with that light for 2 yrs now... yeah 2 yrs lol. Even after replacing alot of the parts that cause it. Now it's back on the engine light is flashing and missing like a mofo and cutting out "immediate loss of power driving when it hits 2k rpm n 2500rpm around that area it'll cutt out for a second. I ran a obd2 scanner on the computer and it says the codes are p0300 , p0303 ,p0302... which is multiple misfires and cylinder 3 and cylinder 2 are misfiring... so iv changed all the coil packs and put new iridium plugs in... I spent $500 dollars buying the plugs n coils.. and thats in US dollars... I put the best coils in it and best plugs. And it didn't fix it... still same problem.... so I checked the intake it's fine... so now I believe it could be the pcv or the fuel injectors.. that's the next steps for me. It's driving me crazy.. the car has a ton of power though which is wild considering its missing 😆 but I do have the k04 turbo and stage 3 tune and new exhaust ect it's pushing Lil over 530hp to the wheel after the upgrades n tune n before the lights came back..... so I dunno how much it has now but it's still a good amount even though it's missing n sputtering ATM lol and the car is a 2010 VW CC 2.0T Sport .. has the 2.0 TSI and the manual transmission it's a Hella fun car though

The main PCV will whistle if burst diaphram. Or can run either lean or rich if PCV valve gets stuck (check it is free by shaking it). But there is another rear left Turbo PCV to stop gasses re-enter when boosting, a short elbow tube. Else check other Vacuum leaks... The Oil Cap must be clipped in correct orientation as in 2 halves. Might be a Dealer trick to sabotage by being wrongly inserted! Check all vac pipes are on and clipped well but not over tight to distort shape. Else may need Throttle Body cleaned but not to move flaps. Can easily check MAF and clean. Fuel cap is also a culprit as locks fails on them causing other issues for faults. Clearing faults csn help after any fixes made. Another is O2 Sensor after CAT in exhaust. Good luck.

Did you recently change your spark plugs?I suspect that you fitted wrong ones

Sir You must fix the volume of your video because is not very clear what are you saying

Mine illuminate EPC, engine light, ABS ,TRC and Handbrake light and looses power then fails and start producing funny sounds, like a tractor or motorbike

Crankshaft sensor for sure i fixed mine, epc light on and engine rpm wouldnt pass 2 rpm

I did and had same problem. Changed my crank position sensor and I was ok till my epc light came back on with a p1335 code came up. No one in Canada has any idea 🤪 Please help

I do not want to sound cheeky. But you are doing a lot of guess,s and you are making no sense..check engine codes first. Then fault trace back to engine control module. Get a wiring diagram. Read up service magazines about the car in question and engine codes. People spend lots of money on what ifs. Have a nice day. 👍
