no, the entire city made a pact with the devil, they all trying to hide Mr.Peterson, Mr.Peterson goal is to protect his kid and stop the devil of taking any other kid, but its crazy why the devil is trying to destroy mr.peterson, the entire city is all involved, from the journal its show this city before has park, where Mr.peterson is one built, but in accident a lot kids died and the park got close crows are devil itself, the entire city shouldn't be trust

this series gets GOOD when Mr Peterson starts being more like slasher characters like Freddy and Jason mixed into this creepy ass man. and i think the neighbor should be like in this show the whole rest of the franchise
