We visit the Florida Everglades and camp at Monument Lake campground in Big Cypress National Preserve. We ride the bike trail at Shark Valley and take a hike off the trail in a really cool part of the swamp. We see alligators, birds and palm trees. I make cajun ribeye and taters.
