Hello boss 👋 My name is Ogechukwu, I'm 32 years old and I'm from Delta State, Nigeria. I came across your KZread page and I have a problem. I graduated with HND in Civil Engineering from a Nigerian Polytechnic and I really want to know If I stand a chance of securing admission in any of the Universities in the Netherlands. I'm really worried and I do not know what to do or how to go about it, I just want to know my fate and where I stand with my HND certificate. I have been running around KZread to find a solution but yet to solution until I came across your page and then decided to reach out to you, I'll patiently waiting for your response, thank you very much.

Hi, I'm not know the academic system here a lot, and that's the reason why I do these interviews so people can share insights I'd recommend watching the different videos in this playlist, but from what I know, I don't know so much about the school requirements in regards to Polytechnics. The stories I've heard so far have been universities. But this is for scholarships. If you intend to go through the non-scholarship route, then maybe you can, I really don't know

Hi. I think it's not possible to get a masters admission straightaway with a HND. They might require you to do a Dutch HBO (Bachelor course) for 1 or 2 years so your certificate can come to par with their bachelor level to be able to apply for masters.

@@chinyereblessing6032 As far as I remember, for immigrants (refugees or people applying for permanent residency) the authorities offer to have your national education assessed at Dutch levels; it's one of the few useful services they offer. I don't know if they offer this to foreign students though, but I know several people who went through immigration, and got into Dutch higher education on the strength of their foreign degrees. In some cases they may not have you take the entire course, but only some of the exams to prove that you're at the prerequisite level.
come on fine girl! we dig a smart fine woman :)
