What is light therapy? What is the difference between the generations? I am 48, I would like to make PRP but I don´t want to do IVF because I don´t want to freeze any embryos and I don´t want to decide what to do with them in the future. Are there data about pregnancy rates and women doing only PRP?

Does the type of stem Cell used make a difference with ovarian rejuvenation? I have seen some clinics use stem cells from the shin bone instead of blood or fat

Very informative, thank you!! Question- my amh is 1.2, but my AFC varies between 4 and 5 (total). Can PRP help me? Why is there such a discrepancy between the AMH and the AFC? can PRP increase my AFCs if I have an AMH like that?

Hi Anastasia, thank you for this great question! Discrepancies between AMH and the antral follicle count are common. These discrepancies can have many explanations including "follicles" not really being follicles, but rather "cysts' that do not contain eggs and variations in how rapidly the AMH is metabolized (cleared). If it is cleared slowly, AMH levels will be higher than expected. Of the two, a true AFC is more important than the AMH level. Hope this helps! 😊

I have a question 🥺 i was diagnosed with POF when I was 16 (8 years ago), I never had my period naturally in my life, only with Hormone replacement treatment. My AMH is 0.03😢 Is there any hope for me with this Methode ? It would be super nice of you if you could answer me.

Some fertility clinics in India are offering Stem cell therapy extracted from the iiliac crest bone marrow and laproscopically injecting in the ovaries. If amh is better or the afc count increases then it worked. Is this therapy recommended? Much more powerful than a PRP. Please advise.
