Slaughter is prohibited in upper Himalayas. Meat is carried by porters hence possibilities of food poison is common. Consume only egg while trekking, being a vegan, I vouch that if you eat well there won't be any health issues. Hyegine is a must, walk slow, take rest if feel tired, drink enough water, eat well, wear layers and try to sleep well (I always experience sleeping issues). Vlogging is not easy and we must admire Bibin's commitment to his passion, I love him & admire him.

What? I have been trekking in Himalayas for several years and drinking water is safe. Still, purification is recommended. Boiling water is next to impossible, in Manank onwards you will have to pay 40 NPR for one glass of boiled water!!!!
