That's what we were hoping for :-)

As a senior gay, I sooo get what all of these guys are going through. The chance for romance seems slim, your best earning years are behind you, and your body isn't always your friend. Their shared friendship and Dwight's positivity and common sense combined with his quirkiness help them all move forward in a world where you can no longer easily afford a misstep. Brilliant writing, brilliant acting, filled with heart and realism. I feel like I am around my friends when I watch this show. Thank you, Rich Burns. Everyday heroes are real.

When our composer David Frank Long and I were discussing how to place the song over the scene, we discovered it fit so naturally and perfectly and that little break that lands as Ray sighs and the picture cuts to black -- perfection. It brings the emotion home. I love your song Buzz so much! xx

I have to admit that I was not a huge fan of Gedde Watanabe, but he really shines here and this episode was his best so far.

The more I see, the more I want to see. It's better than I ever imagined. Rich and collaborators have taken the mere pittance they collected to produce this show and have made something truly special out of it. You care about these characters.

Jesus I love this series it was so engaging from right the start. I especially love how these characters reacted differently in the house like Gary just wanders into those eerie paintings and the dead fish, and James is all for the luxury stuff, it's all very fitting for what each of the characters is going through. Most importantly these three's acting is so natural and there is a charm to that, they behave so organically in the show but at the same time it's dramatic and funny enough. 10/10!!!!

I have to say this show is outstandingly the best ever. It's about real life and shows the funny side as well. I've recently been widowed after 34 yrs and this show has gotten me out of my funky mood. I understand the sickness of the friend with cancer. I myself went through liver failure and given just weeks to live with my partner by my side I was saved through organ donation. Please keep these episodes coming.

I am LOVING this show! 💕 I'm a bear over 50 and I feel like I can relate to certain aspects of each character, which is really fantastic. Thank you for creating an honest reproduction of the "bear" community. It's a joy to watch.

After some ups and downs, this episode ended on a really 'feel good' note ... I guess it helps that both actors are very, very hot & handsome. I'm kind of resigned to the fact that this relationship will end in Disappointment, but for now I feel good ... it's a nice fantasy. Thanks

This is the first bit of character development that has not made me dislike Dwight. I want to see a bit more of Ray and Gary. I am really loving the dynamics of their friendship as artist working in the industry. The pacing is really starting to flow with the comedic and dramatic bits. Perfect for a lazy day under the covers with a tablet.

...I may be of a certain age (60), but...I'll try..TRY...to use the vernacular... James DID the damn THING! ...ha-HAA!! ...His character took some warmin' up to, but... here, he's CLEARLY the 'Wild Child' of the Trio! (7:07) ...he's HILARIOUS in this Episode! (8:29) ...ha-HAA!! (cont.) ...also, Dwight & Ray are showing more signs of a closer bond; Trevor, once AGAIN, is imbuing detailed personality traits into 'Dwight', that warms us to him...MANY Guys that look like him, tend to get slacked off as 'dumb'...but, Trev is showing us Dwight follows his OWN pattern of 'learning'...making him ADORABLE, in the process.... (12:49) ...I INSIST, these Two get a spinoff Series.....NOW..... ; )

Ray, Gary and James make such a good trio - the impression I get from the photo in the intro is that the 3 actors go back a long way? If so, it's great that you've been able to get together in this series. That end scene with Ray and Dwight was so sweet too - I was worried Ray wasn't paying much attention but that hug and kiss at the end brought it all together. As an actor who's just turned 40 I hope I can go on to put in stellar performances like this further down the line.

Aw, thanks. That's a favorite moment of mine, so I'm glad you like it, too. And yes, Rich and Gedde have known each other since the late 80's (!!!) and James since the early 90's. I'm sure you'll get even better as you age as an actor. Life experience will inform your performances.

Hi Ben - we had an Indiegogo fundraiser for this first season. It was pretty amazing how much we were able to raise considering we had yet to shoot a frame of the show. People just really seemed to love the idea, which in turn lit a fire under us to make the best show we could for the amount we had. We'll be doing the same very soon for season two. At the beggining, i thinked that this episode was unneccesary but in the ending... awww Dwight, his speaking... anyways, has he dyslexia (his role) or is an personal hypotesis/interpretation... mine?
