तीन तीन जांच के बाद भी सच सामने नही आया इससे यही बात साबित होती है की उस समय की सरकार की इस केस को रफा दफा करने मे क्या भुमिका रही होगी ।

कोई मतलब नही हुआ, इस न्याय का, सब अपराधी अपनी जिंदगी जी चुके है, अब सरकार उनके बुढ़ापे का सहारा बनेगी, फायदे का न्याय हुआ अपराधियों के लिए।।

कोई जगह प्रवित्र नहीं है हर जगह सन्यासी बाबे गुरु पादरी सिस्टर फादर चेले चलगें पहले बन जातें हैं फिर रंगरलिया मनाते है और सच्चाई सामने आने पर कत्ल होते हैं जब जीवन में नीयम और नीयत साफ़ ही नहीं तो शादी करें और जीवन का आन्द ले यह चौचले करने की जरूरत नहीं है किसी को मारने की जरूरत नहीं है शर्मनाक है कहाँ बिश्वास करें कोई अजेसीं बड़ी से बड़ी में करप्ट लोग और करप्शन हर जगह है सबूत और गवाह होने के बाबजूद इसाफं नहीं जिस देश में प्रधान और मुख्यमंत्री को इसाफं नहीं मिलता तो आम इंसान को कया मिलेगा 🙏

The great witness was of course of a thief Adakkya Raju. His name is Raju but he was a petty thief involved in stealing small things from many places. Mostly he was known to steal Adakkya ( Supari in hindi or arackanut) hence his name came as Adakkya Raju. But since he had done a commendable work despite of severe pressure on him, now he is being respected by all in State and we all wish him to name him Raju.

Such fathers (padrees) don’t deserve any liniency. High court and Supreme Court will uphold this verdict because it is immaterial if the Witness happens to be a thief. Witness is Witness after all. Justice should prevail. Kudos to the judges who did not accept earlier closure reports of the CBI. In this case the CBI proved to be impotent and the case was cracked by the local Crime Branch.

अरे भाई तुम तो अभी तक वहीं फंसे हुए हो ! अब तो बच्चे बच्चे को समझ में आ गया है कि सुशांत केस को मर्डर बताने के लिए बीजेपी के इशारे पर जो मीडिया ने 6 महीने तक जितने भी न्यूज़ प्रोग्राम किये थे वो केवल बिहार चुनाव के लिए थे । बिहार चुनाव होने के बाद अब एक भी न्यूज़ प्रोग्राम क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा है उसके ऊपर ? भाई इतने भी भोले मत बनो!! एक तो बेचारे ने इतने परेशान होकर आत्महत्या कर ली और उसकी मौत पर इतना तमाशा किया इन सब लोगों ने। कम से कम उसे अब चैन से रह तो लेने दो वो जहां भी हैं।

It's a fact that Sr. Abhaya was murdered but unfortunately this case will not stand in Upper Courts as Raja's witness can be easily questioned and other proofs are insufficient to hold the Father and the Sister responsible. It's so painful that such sensetive cases take so long time to get proved.

How this priest was serving lord in the church 28 years after doing this crime and the other two nun and priest it was a injustice with that nun who was going to serve lord so lord used a thief to justify his case

What's the strength of the edifice of the Judgement built on the foundation of this Criminal who has admitted, he's a drug addict? He could identify the two persons though 27 long years had elapsed ?😭"Let a hundred guilty be acquitted, but one innocent should not be convicted': This statement is the guiding principle behind rules of procedure and evidence guiding our courts when any law relating to procedure and evidence requires interpretation, the interpretation given to such provision is usually in favour of the accused upholding the presumption of innocence.So It's rather a travesty of Justice that this critical judgement has been built on the imaginary foundation laid by the Thief Witness whose antecedents are well known. Thief Witness has admitted that he had gone there three times on ENCROACHMENT, but this Criminal is not punished, but rewarded with a Certificate of Credibility! A criminal case is built on the edifice of evidence, evidence that is admissible in Law. For that witnesses are required, whether it is direct evidence or circumstantial evidence. Even if there is a Single witness, as a general rule, the court can and may act on the testimony of a single witness provided he is WHOLLY RELIABLE ! This is very, very important and this important point has been passed over! Remember, the witnesses are a crucial part of a criminal case with their testimony being the major proof in favour of or against the accused providing a fair judgement delivered on the principle of justice.Remember what Supreme Court had cautioned :"Evidence of A Solitary Witness In A Criminal Trial Requires Heightened Scrutiny: SC (Posted in: Criminal Law Aug 7, 2019). Times of India had reported from the CBI Special Court on August 29, 2019 that the Thief Witness Raju had said :"I saw TWO men in Torch Light. Still their faces were clearly seen!"But CBI Court released Fr. Jose, saying, "The prosecution had failed to come up with any substantial evidence or eye-witness account to prove Poothrukkayil visited the convent on the day of the incident. He was earlier arraigned as the second accused in the case." Conclusion of the then CBI Special Court Judge being Thief Witness Raju has no credibility! But Thief Witness was not punished. We know, the punishment for the offence of Perjury is defined under section 193 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 as SEVEN YEARS of imprisonment. Still the evidence of this Thief Witness who had claimed to have seen TWO men (and could identify Fr. Thomas in witness box though many years had passed!) has credibility to the court! ." Remember that even after 27 years had passed -death of Sr. Abhaya being 27th March 1992 and cross examination being 29th August 2019 (Source : Times of India 23rd December, 2020) this chronic alcoholic Thief Witness could identify Fr. Thomas! Probably the Court was convinced that those TWO priests themselves were focussing torch light on their faces so as to enable this Thief Witness to identify them?👌 .

@@artisharma275 I have done a lot of research and study on this topic and I know the real facts about it and yes there are many cases of priest abusing childrens but do you know that most of them were homosexual priest and many were fake cases and even if we considered those priest who were punished till now were only 1.5-2.4% lets consider it as 3% So are you going to judge the whole 97% because of these 3% if so then you are doing very unfair to them
