Lal chawal and naurangi dal were fantastic . The sheer varieties of Rajma is incredible especially since we in the metros get to see only one type . Thanks for the scenic views , the mountains are awesome with those streams at regular intervals making for a very refreshing break . I do the same when I come across such spring water flows .Thanks Harishji .

बहुत सुंदर विडीयो हरीश जी, नौरंगी दाल देखकर मुंह में पानी आ गया, लाल चावल को उखडी चावल कहते हैं क्योंकि ये बिना पानी वाले खेतों में होते हैं। पहाडों में दो तरह के चावल होते हैं एक वो जो मानसून पर निर्भर होते हैं और दूसरे वो जिनमें नियमित सिंचाई होती है, ! लाल चावल इसलिए ज्यादा होते क्योंकि ज्यादातर पहाडी खेत पानी से दूर हैं, पहाडों का पानी और पहाडों की जवानी कभी पहाडों के काम नही आती!

Earlier,in many temples like Puri Jagannath temple even lower caste Hindus were not allowed in. Please do not forget about Sabarimala temple where even caste Hindu women of a particular age group are not allowed.

Just out of curiosity Harish bhai please ask the villagers if there is a Doctor or health care facility, education they have access to and also about the trees on the mountain slopes...how they were 10 years ago and now, have they increased or reduced in areas? Since you are the man on ground no one better to inform us all the realties and if access to the basic necessities is available to these lovely, charming and welcoming samaritans of our country🙏 What are the real life challenges faced by them?
