Great video! Would love to see something on the Flo by Moen, and water sensors. Especially for Vacation rentals, I think something like this is essential.

The GE Café line is awesome. I was very interested in the netatmo weather station but the HomeKit integration is bland.

Justin_tech I would have it tie in with my RainMachine Pro that is also HomeKit and while the RainMachine has weather tracking and adaptive frequency skip it’s not 100 percent accurate due to my location being on the outskirts of the city. If the Netatmo weather station can give HomeKit a better view of my local weather and stop the watering when it’s raining in my area that would be awesome.

Gonna miss Mr. Tech and the TUSH Series. Wonderful job!

Very kind of you to ask, thanks. 😊 I saw in another reply you plan to experiment with HomeKit in the future, so I’ll be looking forward to that. I’m relatively new to smart home tech since there are not many products available in my country yet. In the meantime, I’m having a great time with my Hue lights, HomeKit and IFTTT. The Hue Go was actually what brought me to your channel and you wouldn’t believe how much I’ve been learning from you since I got here (I even deleted my Facebook app and wondered why I never thought about that before!). Would be lovely to see some more app recommendations, but I’m excited enough with what you have already planned though I don’t know what it is. 😄

II wouldnt even think about using IFTTT or a web-based voice assistant. What if my internet connection goes down? What if the server dies? What if they go out of business? not to mention all the security and privacy issues. No, local processing is the way to go. If it can't happen locally it ain't gonna happen. Period.

Amazon alexa cannot be trusted. Will you be doing a series for homekit?
