They've work really REALLY hard to where they are now and there was no social media yet back then. Their solid foundation, work/ professional ethics, maintaining high standards, undeniable brotherhood and huge trust and confidence to themselves, producers, writers, composers, dancers, PDs and the whole YG Family got them so tight knitted family.

They told a story before about how they broke into their manager's room to look for food one day because they were so hungry. The refrigerator and cupboards were bare but the manager had hidden snacks for himself. They were so sad but all they could do was stare at the food. They couldn't eat anything out of fear of getting in trouble. Really sad.

am I incorrect or didn't one of the Winner members say once that they had access to company card as trainees and a clothing budget? All of that would have never been possible w/o the success of Bigbang and 2NE1. Even 2NE1 benefited from BB success b/c their first apartment after debut was much nicer than BB's first apartment.

I was shocked when I learned that Last Dance was originally meant to be a solo song. But I think it's better to be a group track, five voices are better. The same goes for Tell me Goodbye, which was going to be a Youngbae solo song.

Last dance was written by Gdragon, Top and Taeyang and was produced by Gdragon and an outside producer. They never wanted it as a solo, they wrote it to appreciate the fans for the past 10 years and because TOP was going to the military in 2017

Taeyang and Jiyong's friendship is goals. They're very lucky to have each other.

this intentional exclusion, though seems harsh and hurtful for all OT5s, is not a mistake by the team behind this docu nor by YGE nor by Taeyang himself. as much creative control as he possesses over his docu, he can not allow a mention for Seungri. this is for a few reasons. mainly, on legal terms as Seungri is no longer copyrighted under YG due to his contract termination a year ago. technically, his appearance could not be credited as an artist nor a member even though the clip was taken and referenced from when he was, before his retirement. other than that, i see this exclusion would deem necessary purely out of his personal demand. remember Seungri's last statement? he explicitly mentioned that the main reasoning behind getting out was so that anything regarding him (be it news, hate, updates) will not be associated to BIGBANG. thus so that the group's image will not be dragged alongside his own nor will the members be held accountable for his personal matters. it is only natural that the members and the company abide and avoid any form of involvement (including mentions) with him until any further changes by any party. & another reason would just simply be: to not direct even more hate to Seungri. i mean, just posting a picture of him boils the shit out of k-netz and i-fans whom are relentless on giving him hell, regardless of whether or not his court allegations are proven. getting updates about his cases heard and vocalised would significantly be harder in turn, and the amount of hate would just be overwhelming. having this arguable silence around his name right now is awfully better than having to read up on the toxic trolling comments, imho. to end, YES i choked up a bit throughout this episode here and my heart sunk at the end as well. seeing this happening is not easy after 14 years (?) of seeing the guys as 5 but knowing this is the most proper action to take in this situation, i feel comforted a bit. hope you do too :) & please, don't blame this on anybody in charge of this docu, esp Taeyang 💛 that is all, let's continue supporting Taeyang - White Night documentary!

Hmm I'm actually curious. So YG is not allowed to include footage of Seungri because Seungri is no longer an artist in the company? Then how about the staff and producers? Shouldn't everyone else's faces be blurred out (I think some other companies to that)?

they're struggling to survive since trainee and during early debut.dont have enough food,its notmal. i remember when gd tell us story about he was backup dancer for se7en before, how their company car just left him, because he's late, and he still go there and find another transport by his own.they're work hard to be success. i just hate when haters nowadays know nothing about bb, and said something bad about them, haters know bb when bb already success and they thought bb from rich company from start just because title of "big 3", that era, big 3 not because rich but means 3 company who brought hallyu wawe growing around the world. during early debut yg still rent the building, they dont have own building yet. same like haters's favourites,they just know about them after they famous, but because that their favourite so they dig about them from their "struggling" era. but because they hate bb, and they just know bb after bb success, they're not interested to dig about how bb struggling so much during early debut, they keep compare bb success and their favourite success. rank, number 1 is temporary, quality will remain forever! even now, they're in hiatus almost 3 years, but people still know who is bb, and keep searching their name on yt, google and so on. thats about quality. people will always talking about that

I'm crying watching the last dance throwback, not only because I miss BIGBANG so much but also because I see 4 guys instead of 5.

Don't belittle Taeyang's solo project, this documentary, because he did what he felt he needed to do regarding Seungri. Real fans know how close the members were. No real VIP can possibly believe it was a light decision and with him being the perfectionist he is, he's probably reading the comments too. Taeyang, we love you and stand with BigBang going forward. Events happened that none of us can change but we still support you. Can't wait to see you on stage again! Dope documentary. Congrats.

I love how versatile Taeyang is!! He is an amazingly talented artist. Watching these documentaries just made more love him as an artist even more. Thank you Taeyang for blessing the world with your music. And for being such a beautiful soul.

I can relate to not having social friends where you can just call and hang out, but having real friendships are hard to come by- it’s rare to have someone stay around for you, you’re a good person TAEYANG.

I am the same. I discovered kpop last January and quickly became a VIP. It is hard seeing things as they are, but I will support them no matter what they decide to do. I am just grateful for everything they have given us.

That Last Dance part was so impactful and emotional... Big love and gratitude to the team who has supported BIGBANG and YG for how many years now. They're the ones who know the members well and I'm just thankful that they're surrounded by good people (aka "work friends" ☺)
