Krish is a fine host
Great crazy
Only way to ensure consistency in project outcomes is via regulations, building standards & establishing an organisation that can guarantee new buildings for at least 10 yrs. Otherwise everything will remain unpredictable. These are urgently needed as demand for homes grow along with the economy. I am surprised these things were not discussed.

It's an under construction project ..!
Vishal Bhargava may have good knowledge about Real Estate, but he is not a good communicator or host. He tends to speak fast and mostly eats words within mouth. Even the anchor sometimes asked twice what he said. I had to reverse and listen to him again

Not really. He is quite understandable. He has a grasp on English same as native speakers so maybe it's a little tough for those who don't...
